Our Classroom Norms
The class and I will be came up with norms that we feel are important to promote learning.

Behavior ExpectationsI believe that every child is capable of behaving appropriately in our classroom. Each child deserves to learn in a productive and non-threatening environment. If a child chooses not to follow our classroom rules, there will be logical consequences. For example, if a child is not respecting another classmate, they will be required to make amends with that student. The goal is to help students learn from their mistakes, gain self-control, preserve friendships, and maintain a safe, orderly classroom. Almost all children need reminders about behavior sometime during the school year.
