Little Rock School District, Fulbright Elementary School, and I have a NO BULLYING policy.  I will be using the Bully-Proofing Your School program to teach the students about the problem of bullying.  The program also teaches protective skills for  for dealing with bullying, resistance to victimization, and provides assistance to potential victims of bullying. It also creates a positive school climate through promotion of a “caring majority” in the school which works to alter the behavior of bystanders.
